Clinical Director

Are you a seasoned leader in healthcare management seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Our client is looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee and direct the patient care operations of thier home care facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring patient eligibility, planning services, maintaining administrative practices, and fostering a motivated, qualified staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and ensure high-quality patient care services, including referral coordination, assessment of patient needs, development of individualized care plans, and coordination with physicians and other clinicians.

Oversee patient care to ensure adherence to relevant standards, regulations, and company policies, while also monitoring compliance with payer source criteria.

Supervise agency staff performance, conduct regular assessments, and assist with recruitment to maintain adequate staffing levels.

Serve as a member of the Management Team and QAPI Team, implementing Performance Improvement Projects and annual strategic agency planning.

Drive operational metrics to ensure efficiency, growth, quality, and financial targets are met, addressing issues and implementing action plans as necessary.

Act as Emergency Coordinator during emergencies, ensuring appropriate plan execution.

Communicate effectively with all customers, investigate concerns, and collaborate with the sales team to grow the business.
